Decades of experience have convinced me that "a stitch in time saves nine." This is particularly so because I maintain the flexibility to spend enough time with you in the first session for us to accomplish most of these six steps:

Get a picture of the good points, strengths, and internal and external resources as building-blocks for progress.

Learn how you or your family have been trying to deal with these concerns so far (i.e., what attempted solutions have not been working to your satisfaction).
